Problem downloading DCS files ie 11 and Chrome

Folks

My computers are all MACs or Win7 64bit, with ie11

in ie11 I get "Content was blocked because it was not signed by a valid security certificate." In other ie versions, I had the option of ignoring this and downloading anyway. Can't find it in ie11. In Chrome I get a blank screen. Any suggestions?

Maybe go back to IE10 and try it.
