My little helper,thats my grand daughter she does run the trains of course i am with her even then accidents happen as i have learned the hard way, fourtnately for me no major damage,but now i have all my command control engines programed to only go up to a set speed but it really is a joy to run trains with her, and she actually helps me run wires ,i am on top of layout while she is underneath pulling wire through the holes iam having more fun with her than i had with my own kids.
hence the saying ...
"if I knew grandchildren were so much fun we would have had them first"
now grandpa surely she has a train coming from Santa?? and that is good that she helps with the layout saves on your aching back too eh!
all of our grandchildren are grown were now enjoying the great grandchildren better still!!
enjoy the time with your granddaughter seems like they grow up in a blink of an eye and then she can by grandpa some new train items.
