Programming a ZW controller

I recently bought a used ZW controller with 2 180w bricks- unfortunately it didn’t come with instructions. I watched the Lionel YT video on how to program the ZW controller- got the controller’s green and red lights to blink. But failed to figure out in what mode I need to be in on the CAB2 to program the controller to track 1. Thanks for the help.
