The legs to my train table, Progressive Automation, have malfunctioned and showing an error code of E03. I’ve called Progressive Automation and sent David Hikel and email.  IF you know how to pass this on to David I’d appreciate the help..he’s gone silent for nearly a year and his voice box seems to always be full so no phone messages.

For 1 year and 2 months the Progressive Automation electric legs on my 4’ x 9’ train table have operated wonderfully! Yesterday i was ‘playing’ with the train and doing some odd jobs, nothing to do with the legs..except raising the able to 50 inches so as to get under it for some electrical work. This afternoon I went to do some work on the train and opened the door only to see the table at about a 34 degree angel. One side of the 9 foot length is way low while the other side is way high. An error code of E03 appears.  I have used the table control for the legs thinking a full up and a full down would self correct..no such luck.  I have unplugged the entire table thinking the ‘re boot’ process, like a computer when it acts up, would solve this..again..no such luck.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!

I doubt that there is more than one motor controlling the lifting screw in each table leg.  Looks like only the rear legs are failing to move.  Look for a toothed belt connecting the leg sets.  It may be broken or slipped of its pulley.

Also, check with customer support.  That's a logical first choice.
