I have finally obtained a custom builder for the prr e2b or e2c. this posting is to ascertain the interest in building one or the other of these electrics.
the builder informed me it will be costly 5-7 times Scott Mann's prices. I personally am very committed to this venture and am simply trying to gauge how many more spf's are interested. if interested 2 rail or 3 rail; e2b or e2c or both since they are quite different.
I do not know but I presume funding at least in part will be required up front before commencing.
