CV board most likely to drive lights and smoke unit.  You need to custom fit a smoke unit with correct funnel to work with shell, or make it out of brass.  So go to part sight and search until you find something that will work.  G

I will take more pictures when I get a good fit up , and running engine  to help other ASCs

I've worked on one of these in the past.

Be forewarned about spacing for the smoke unit. The existing weight that the CV board was mounted to may need to be trimmed down to allow a smoke unit larger than the skinny Seuthe popper type it originally came with.

I suspect you can fit the AA-0000070 steam smoke unit in there.  It's the smoke unit that's in the later versions of the Pacific.

Are all brass cups threads the same ? It’s just a matter of height?

The brass cups on the MTH site are at least almost all the same thread.  I won't say all, I'm sure someone will find one that's different.  I have an assortment of brass cups for MTH smoke units in O-gauge products that all have the same thread.

Not all have screw in type, some are press fit.  Cups vary in length and dia and depth.  Screw thread is the same.

The issue of lead weight if it is there will have to be worked.  Hard to cut too.  Going to need a custom mount too I am sure.  G
