Can anyone help me source the fancy, serif style Pullman decals for 1926 610 Pullman (and others)?

I was never happy with the application of decals and rub-ons and started to use rubber stamps. These are made from photographic copies of original Lionel printing.

I second Ron's recommendation to use stamps from JLM Trains. Stamps, ink and instructions are available from that source.

Thanks Ron, seconded by Owen. The fancy, filigree serif surround is what I couldn't find. It looks JLM will have it. I will contact them.

I see he has some stamps for post war heat stamped cars. Anyone try reprinting heat stamped cars? if so how is the alignment of the stamp with existing lettering?

Bill,
I echo Ron's and Owen's recommendation! Joe Mania makes great stamps and will even custom make stamps to your needs. For example, I wanted some unique stamps for my RichArt 710 series car kits and Joe made me a set in the same style as the original stamps but for other car types such as CLUB, DINER, US MAIL, etc. To go with these, Joe also made be a custom set of car number stamps again in the same style as the original stamps but including numbers from 700 through 712.
