Peter, First thank you for the photographs!
I met a lot of great folks for the first time face to face, but I would like to say something special about the three friends I am sitting with in this photograph. I am on the left, beside me is Scott, then across form him is Andy, and on the right is Dave. They are members of the Pittsburgh Independent HiRailers. They and others from the PIHRs have been very friendly since I first saw them at a Greenberg show in Monroeville Pennsylvania. I roomed with Andy on my two trips to York, and he especially coached me the first trip on where everything was and the best times for what. They do a great job meeting the visitors wherever they setup their modular layout, and have recruited at least two teen age members in the last couple years. I think they have done their job to recruit me; when I fully retire in a few short years. Thank you Andy, Scott, and Dave.
