placed an order on 4/24 over internet site. Received confirmation and order number. Have not received anything yet. Have emailed them. No response. Called phone # listed on website. No answer. I realize commerce is difficult these days. Does anyone know what is going on with them?

Notwithstanding that they took your order in April, you may want to take a look at this thread about them closing.
I am offering this without any other comments or suggestions. It may or may not be relevant.

EDIT: You're welcome.
Can anybody else give some help here. They are advertising on the banner at top of this page. Maybe OGR staff could give some input.
Did you use a credit card? Cancel the transaction.

Sad to say this may be your best course if you’re getting radio silence (and paid by CC).

I have no actual personal experience here, but remembered seeing a thread with an explanation recently. (link is to the actual post where someone explained what they had learned)
According to that post, the move involved PODS that are possibly delayed in transit between the 2 locations due to the pandemic.

Any follow up?

What does 'PODS' mean? Perhaps "Post Office Delivery Service" or something like that?
Pods are a container rental / storage service......you fill it up and the company moves it anywhere you want.....
Perhaps I missed it, but does anyone know where the PODS unit is currently located?
Jim Berger - Thanks. 'Portable On Demand Storage'.
If the owner is still experiencing the issue of storage pods being held up, you would think that he would at least post that loud and clear on his website or, even better, temporarily suspend transactions until the issue is resolved.
Seems strange to keep folks in the dark.
I received an email from Regis Gill. They are in fact moving there inventory to Texas. My order will be shipped next week. Current state of virus affairs making it difficult for their move. I am very satisfied to receive the email communication from Imperial.
Anthony - Since you mentioned in one of your earlier Posts that Imperial was a listed Sponsor at the top of the Forum page I clicked on their website (above) to see what was there and, in addition to it still listing Pittsburgh as home base, it indicated that they're CLOSED every day of the week.
Suffice to say, it's good that you've received an email from Mr. Gill but IMO he needs to improve his 'customer relations' side of the business as Graz pointed out above.
Good Luck!
What email did you use to contact Regis Gill? I’m in the same situation and want to know what will happen to my order.
