I received an invoice for the balance of the price of the new Lionel GCT I PreOrdered.

Do I mail this back to you with a check for the remainder right now?

Are they shipping already?

I emailed you and got no response, so I will call you Tuesday evening.

I received one also. This was my first order with them and my first pre order in many years. Just could not resist the Burlington Route Zephyrs. My thought was that it was just a reminder of the balance due and the amount would be collected when and if the product ever ships. If full payment up front is the way they handle pre-orders I for one don't like it and this will be the last time. There are others that don't require any money at all.

I received a balance due with list of my deposit also. No, you don't pay balance until item is ready to ship to you. They do not require full payment in advance. I don't mind paying a small deposit since their prices are the lowest of all dealers I researched. Thanks Nassau Hobby.

And, my experience has been that Charlie and Chris will make sure that you get the item you ordered.

TEX is correct: your balance is NOT due now.
