Just picked this up at an auction and realize I don't have much in printed resources for Standard Gauge so hopefully I can get some direction here. The set is #344 c1927, has the engine and four passenger cars. I have the engine photos below.
First, the top of the engine is missing an item, would that be a bell, or a pantograph?
And, who is a good source for these parts. I also need the flag stanchion as well quite a few pieces on the passenger cars.
Finally, a good book? the Greenberg series? (I have ll the O gauge ones)
