The " Discover Lansdale" non profit organization has purchased the 'READING RAILROAD CO.' freight house on S. Broad St. in Lansdale, Pa. last year. We are looking for volunteers to help out on Thursday nights at the freight house. The floor is currently being removed so as to replace the rotting floor joists. Part of the floor was concreted over years ago by an automobile repair shop. This is in the process of being 'jack hammered' up. Strong backs are needed for this process. Outside there is a lot of 'over growth' that needs to be eradicated. Anyone interested can call Bill Henning @ Henning's Trains during the day for info. Phone 215-362-2442.
