Hi guys,
I bought a Red Caboose GP9 body kit (the one by Des Plaines Hobbies), and I cannot get the shell to sit properly on the frame (the piece with the battery boxes). After looking at the holes where the pins attach, it looks like the front two do not line up with the pins. I can get all but the front four pins to line up. Do I need to trim the front pins and then glue the two pieces together?

sorry to be obvious, but is it possible the body is facing the wrong way?
eliminating that, you could drill new pin holes.
I've never seen one that didn't fit correctly. Please check your assembly as the injection molds make identical parts so there shouldn't be any holes not lining up properly.
