What is the best way to remove smoke fluid residue from a locomotive? If fluid drips down the side what is the bet way to remove all of it? It does dry but it will be sticky and collect dust. Thought?

I just wipe it off with a soft cloth. My favorite is old T-shirt material.
I've never used anything but Mega Steam fluids and since it is a very light mineral oil, I just wipe it off with a cotton (t-shirt type) cloth. I'm not sure if other fluids leave more of an oily residual which would need a bit of detergent? I've used a water dampened cloth sprayed with a little window cleaner for more stubborn residue.

Well, not just wiping, but if it is small tight areas, how do you get it out of the corners?
The rag normally does a pretty good job, even in the corners.
Do you guys know Mega Steam's "Nada" (no scent) can save your marriage? My wife hasn't complained about smoke odor since I started using it over a year ago!
Moed321,
JT's Mega-Steam is putting the finishing touches on an exciting new product that is precisely made for cleaning smoke fluid spills from locomotive shells. Try as hard as we all do, everyone has a spill once in a while! "It happens!" It will be called b-Gone Cleaner. It is in the final stages of development. Watch for further announcements coming soon.

I cannot see how Mega-steam smoke fluid can clog. Its a super light oil and under heat it becomes even more viscous. Never had a problem with it clogging but perhaps the added scents have something to do with it.
