I've been following some posts about speakers. I took Dale's advice before on the LEDs he uses and they're great. So I decided to order the speaker from Madison sound he recommended. This thing looks great. I'm hoping it'll sound as good as it looks. ( I got some others too)

This speaker will go in a 3rd Rail Allegheny with DCS and a new smoke unit. Can't wait!

The main problem with that speaker is that it does not fit in a lot of applications. It is a high quality speaker much better than any MTH stock speaker I have found. If fitted in,it gets rid of that tinny sound even with out baffling. If you can baffle, it is even better. I purchased a bunch for $14 a while back but the price of them have gone up. Remember this is a 4 ohm speaker, always match impedance. You can go higher but not lower.
