THIS WAS A CUSTOM STRUCTURE I HAD BUILT FOR A CUSTOMER SOME TIME AGO, WE HAVE HAD SEVERAL REQUEST TO ADD THIS TO OUR KIT LINE.
WE ARE IN THE DESIGN STAGE AND SHOULD BE ASSEMBLING THIS SOME TIME NEXT WEEK. PLANS ARE BEING WORKED TO ALLOW THIS STRUCTURE TO BE BUILT IN ANY CONFIGURATION YOU DESIRE. WE WILL FOLLOW UP WITH FURTHER DETAILS AND PHOTOS AS THE PROCESS OF DESIGNING PROGRESSES.
MAY 11TH, BEEN WORKING HARD ON THIS KIT AND WAS ABLE TO DRAW AND CUT ALL COMPONENTS AND START THE ASSEMBLY. THIS KIT IS DESIGNED SO IT CAN BE BUILT IN MANY CONFIGURATION. IT IS BEING ASSEMBLED CLOSE TO THE ORIGINAL ONE I BUILT YEARS AGO. THIS FOOT PRINT IS 19 X 12 WITHOUT DOCKS, RAMPS AND STAIRS.

Added Windows and doors close to 40 Added docks and stairs was hoping to have the the roofs in place but I am sure it will be tomorrow. During design we made several changes that will reflect in the final kit. During this build we are developing the instruction so we need to go slow. This kit will have 2 main structures and 5 additional out buildings that can be used in many configurations with minor alterations.

Just finished roofing , working on adding trim and some additional details. Foot print as built is 22 x 15. We need to work out final instructions and make some minor changes to plans . Shooting for early June release date.
