Riveting tool

Hi, I've seem somewhere, don't remember which post, a riveting tool made up with a needle nose visegrip. One hole was drilled in one of the jaws to fit in a rounded out bolt which could flatten out the hollow end of a rivet.

Could anyone direct me to this tool ?

I know various riveting tools are available, particularly Carl's, but I would like to make my own.

i never have seen this tool. i have a hobby horse press with all the rivet tools works great good luck!!!!!
