These have been remodeled into #5 switches that we had. They match-up best with #4 switches.

Nice but I wish they would have anodized black the center rail hub... Looks so bright it hurts the ole eyes...
Here are pictures of a Curtis 3 way on our club layout at the entrance to one of our yards. The diverging routes are not curved. They are straight similar to # switches. I think it is 11 degrees similar to Ross's standard switch but not 100% sure. Best to confirm the angle with them.

I agree, we added Railroad tie brown to complete the installation. The large oval topped piece is very important.
Note that there are (2) switch motors, DZ 1000's, Both motors have to be in the straight through, middle alignment, before either diverge, left or right, can be thrown. It is a reliable switch even with out the power routing wiring, IMO. Power routing is shown with the diagram provided.
11 degree is, I believe, a #5 switch, the Ross 204 3 way is tighter than a #5 switch. Note the pictures above. Close look you can see the difference in the diverge of the single switch, compared to the three way.
I saw the 3-way in your original post, Mike, and immediately recalled being under my layout wiring one more than 15 or so years ago. The Ross double-crossover was a breeze compared to the 3-way IIRC. I miss that layout.
Installed them long ago, believe it is a Ross #4 to make a return to parallel.
