ross transfer table

I am trying to program the bridge position set up for a ross transfer table.

The instructions say the red led will stay on once you press the set up mode.

I get a red and green blinking light. The red led will remain on once I jog the table however I am unable to lock in the number button . Does anyone know the correct procedure for changing the bridge positions?
