RR Track 5 questions

I am confused, not getting a few rr track 5 features. The first is just for fun, the second would be nice to figure out.

1) In simulation mode, I can save a consist, but can't rename it, or edit it. any clues?

2) Raised benchwork. I have a few platforms that support a raised track and have scenery on them. I would like to make them benches, so I can add a mountain on the top platform, without it extending to the floor level track. I can't figure out how to adjust the z axis of a bench. Any clues?
