Is there a transition coupler or attachment that would work in running IVES std gauge cars with a Lionel engine or would I need to change out the tender coupler to make it work? If so where's a good source to purchase? Thanks!

Purchase a tank car and change the coupler on one end to an Ives coupler. The tank car can function as a Aux water tender for the locomotive.

Thanks again Scott....I went searching for a tank car and found this. Ives MTH car that also comes with Ives and Lionel couplers included and it has lionel coupler mounting brackets underneath the chassis! Even the tank color goes with the circus set! Needless to say I bought it!
