according to my AAR publication, the CB&Q had two (IMO rather boring) freight train names...

Train #67, the "CD" for their Chicago to Denver run and

Train #70, the "LC" for their Lincoln, Neb. to Chicago run.

sorry, no listings for Wabash.

Hey, Rusty! Love your stuff, particularly Wabash. I'm a huge Wabash fan, in Lionel, mostly postwar. I'm also a musician/composer just finishing a tribute to the Wabash and a wonderful era, called, "The Bluebird of the Wabash". The song is nearly 8 minutes long, in 3 movement/parts and contains a story of love and love lost back in that beautiful era that so many of us still find compelling. PLEASE be on the lookout in the next week or so. I'm finishing a mix of it right now, and when done, I will post a link to the song for anyone to hear. I dare to say, it will rate a serious listen!
