Has anyone ordered from them lately, or before. Placed my order on the 21st, label was made the 24th and no change. Phone number doesn’t work and no reply to emails. Just seeing if anyone else has had a issue with them before I contact my bank. Not sure if they are a built to order? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you mean you got a notice from a shipper such as USPS or UPS that a label was made, that implies that your order was filled and packed - or in the process of being packed.
I have not ordered from them in a couple years. I did see one of the owners at the O Scale cleveland show last november.
First, email them and then if you don't get a response or can't track a package, contact your bank.
