Does Lionel or MTH have scale steam drivers that can be purchased without buying the whole engine?

Lionel has never made scale drivers in S. To Date MTH has not released anything in S. O is a different story.

I'm sorry, I wasn't very clear. I am looking for 0 scale drivers. My thought is that they might do very well for S Hi-rail. It is the larger diameter I'm thinking might be an interesting replacement for the undersized drivers that Flyer used. 0 Scale flanges would probably do very well as Hi-rail in S.
