Scale heavyweight Polar Express Observation LED conversion

Has anyone converted their scale heavyweight observation car to LED's using @gunrunnerjohn CCLLM? I've done all the cars so far without issue and am stuck on what to do about the drumhead, tail light, and marker lights. I'm assuming these are incandescent and I'd like to swap them out, but not sure how to get them out and what to replace them with, exactly.
