does anyone out sell pre made overhead doors. Plastic,cast, or other. Not Paper! I nave Rusty Stump's RC Board but would like something more sturdy. Commericial size but also other sizes for different projects.

I bought somecast ones from K&P Brick & Building (717) 747-0493 a few years ago at York. no website. Also try www.pecosriverbrass.com who also had some.

You can make them out of styrene sheets. You can use .030 or .40-inch thick material. Just layout the door and cut out the window area from one piece of styrene. This will provide a sturdy door.
