Would anyone know how I can get a space to sell at the bandit meet? Or do I, to set up in the parking lot?

I would just call the hotel, it's house rules.
If a promoter has the bandit area lease, they should be able to give you their contract info.
Has anyone made progress or contact with Wyndham yet? I tried calling and was disconnected

I know a friend of mine has 2 spaces reserved in the parking lot. I am not sure who he contacted, but I believe it is the Wyndham that runs the parking lot show. The indoor show is run by a private party, but not sure who it would be.
NWL
A friend just forwarded me a message indicating that 85%-90% of the outdoor spaces at the Wyndham are already reserved. I would guess the indoor spaces are mostly reserved also. My friend indicated he contacted Charlie Phillips via facebook messenger about the indoor spaces.

That's an encouraging sign regarding the meet!
Wyndham runs the outdoor sales area. Slated for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. I don't know how many spots are left but was able to reserve two when I called Monday the 20th.

May I ask, whatcha selling? Pre or postwar; new Lionel?
What kind of trains do they sell at the Wyndham? Pre-war, Post-war O, modern O, S gauge, a mix of everything?

Anything and everything you can imagine. There is usually a guy there with old timey wind up toys, large and small. There's usually a decent collection of LTI-MPC stuff and postwar both boxed and no box. Inside is mostly older lionel, flyer, Ives etc. Some junk boxes etc. But very little of the most recent lionel era. Legacy etc usually is at the fairgrounds.
I wonder how large the outside area will be this time. In recent years the outdoor area has steadily decreased in size.
Indoors, there's a lot of unusual pre-war tinplate. The hallway and side rooms seem to focus on postwar.
Hoping for good weather for the folks in the parking lot.
Does the parking lot show start Monday or Tuesday? Thanks
