I was browsing the web and was trying to find a more realistic coupler and came across this company. And was wondering whether they make a coupler in O scale like the one made for HO, am interested, would like to hear any feedback, thank you.

Oh, I forgot to name the company in the post, it is Sergent Engineering, thank you.
Probably best to ask them directly, or read their entire website.
Here's a sample from their FAQ page:
Q: Do you plan on offering a double shelf style coupler? What about a tightlock coupler? What about a type-F coupler? What about a Sharon coupler? How about couplers for O-scale...
A: Yes. We have plans to do many great things. Unfortunately these plans are constrained by both time and money. Exactly which new product comes out next depends largely on how many request we have from customers for a specific item.

Asking them about O scale couplers goes back years and years now - chances that they will ever come to fruition are as thin as a bowl of hameopathic soup made from the shadows of pigeons that died of starvation.

Exactly! You'll get a one of the usual wishy washy maybe maybe not business answers which means go away and leave us alone.

Or maybe they're running at capacity producing the HO and S couplers.
Sergent is a cottage industry or "basement" operation. They're address is a residence.

Which adds up to the same result - not happening.
Anyway, the Protocraft coupler is worth looking at if you are in search of "more realistic".
Thanks to all of you for your replies.
This sort of reminds me of my first years on the post-college working circuit. I was a neophyte engineer (mechanical sort) working for an automotive components firm. One day the boss came out and placed on my desk a "Rolomite". It was one of those desk-top devices to demonstrate a concept. He said something like, 'Here! This is supposed to be the revolutionary frictionless device of the century! See what you can do to incorporate it into our product line!'
Well, even tapping into developmental resources/minds of the firm far greater than my paltry college experience, WE could not figure out what to do with this Sandia 'eureka'. And so the quaint gizmo gathered dust on the desk, followed by a dark demise in the back-bottom of the DAG (Dead And Gone) cabinet.
Sergent couplers? It's like an itch that recurs. It comes. It goes. Mostly the latter. And that was when I was mainly into HO, consumed by the never-ending search for the ultimatic coupler....something better than a Kadee. (I know......'But, why?')
(Yeah........good luck with that!)
Now in the O scale realm? Some things never change.
Re the issue of O3R couplers?.....I'm ready for the application of Kadee's new G scale RC system to O scale.
(Pleeeeeeeeease?!)
I went to their web site and looked at their S gauge coupler. The instructions suggest A LOT OF FUSSING to make it ready to go. But, worse than that is the required magic wand to do the uncoupling. Why are people fascinated by this alternative?

Not unlike a nasty foot disease,
And remember Kadee just isn't a coupler-making firm, they also offer some nice HO rolling stock (is it made in the US?). Maybe that's where their $$$ is going.
Says so right here:

Look at that, 3 PS1 40' boxcars with different width doors (are you listening O scale makers?).
