How would you make an O-42 shelf layout using tubular O-27 style track. Its a simple square around a 14 by 14 foot room so a simple square layout. How would I make corners and what type of wood and shelf Bracket do you use? Basically what the easiest way to do this ? How much ould this cost not including track? Thanks, Liam

Bobby gave you some good ideas above.
If your thinking of a typical metal shelf bracket, you sort of limit yourself to 12-14" wide. I think you'll regret that.
I'd recommend a 36" shelf area.
How much it'll cost depends on what you decide to use in construction.

This how I am building shelf extensions to my layout. The fascia stiffens the plywood bench top material, and the foam is for sound deadening. Space the supports on 2' centers.
The studs extend above the bench-top to enable fastening backdrop material.
