A bold @ should bring up a feature for a "shout out" message. OGRF will send a notification email to them you "called". (I would have done it for you but either the last name is misspelled or they use an alias.)
When it works, you get the "blue link look" seen as your name below this text .(Android needs bold @ to start it ; windows& i-stuff might need "cntrl" or similar, but try bold and as you type the name OGRF will show you a small list of choices using predictive text. It is a shortcut, click the name you want, or simply finish the type manually and hit space to continue on. It took me a while to figure it all out. I found it by accident.
