Doesn't matter what size, scenery or no scenery, any kind of trains, etc. My layout is currently dismantled, but I hope to build a new one soon. Let's see some pictures!

Thank you all for posting! The layouts look great!
Looks good Sam! Where is your train club located?
Great layout, Dave!
thanks for the compliments. Trains...what did the AfrikaCorps do to get pulled over by the Police?
Well Dave, it's like this. (You have a sharp eye, by the way.) The owner of that little shack advertises "Beer-Worms-Hubcaps" and, needless to say, is a little eccentric. So his transportation of choice is the WWll Nazi vehicle. For further developments see pic below, where the law is about to bust up a frat party.

TrainRMe: Nicely detailed layout! Yeah, that is a little eccentric.
jjmmagoo: NIce! Is it a 4x8?
Here's mine. Still under construction, obviously. One loop of Standard Gauge running around a three-loop 0 gauge tubular layout. The inner loop is set up for postwar and repro accessories including the coal ramp and diesel loader, barrel loader, ice house, milk platform, etc.

Some of you probably seen the video already, but here it is...still under construction.
Our club layout for The Smoky Mountain Model Railroaders is nearing a stage where we can show it to the public and you guys
It's 50' x 25' in a folded dog bone with several hundred feet of track
Great image Sam, coming along very nicely.
I wonder how many don't have layouts and could use a club near them?
Visitors always welcomed to come see and play.

Chirstopher,
I do have more and will post them tonight. We dismantled the layout in 2006 or so as it just really didn't fit the available space in our current basement and I was anxious to change it up anyway.

We're located about 30 miles West of Asheville, NC Easy to get to...
Having our 1st Open House in this facility Saturday Oct 5th. It's behind a Sagebrush Steakhouse and has a small local brewery a few doors down!
Awesome pictures everyone! Beautiful layout! Sam, I would really like to come to the open house but it would be a pretty long drive from Kansas, and I will also be in Branson at the time.
Sam
Is that being advertized ? Waynesville, right?

Larry Yes. This coming Saturday to be exact. It would be nice to see a few Forum people show up!
Our home layout was featured in one of the magazines in their October issue and I thought I'd post a few photos that were not shown because we didn't submit them.
Suggest you right-click and view images in new window. Then you can scroll larger pictures.
First is similar to the cover shot w/out the 'clutter'
These PA's are done in the Denver & Rio Grande 'Aspen Leaf' scheme. There are HO and N scale models available but I'd never seen one in O so we painted a Williams Warbonnet and rebuilt the fuel tanks to avoid the 'high-water' look of the stock Williams diesels
The handsome viaduct that creates the two approaches to the T Reproductions Hellgate Bridge were custom built by Forum member Tim W (I love bridges) and span almost 14 feet.
There was an article on 'waterfalls' but ours didn't make it!
MTH No 5344 circa 1996 can still hold its own as a fine scale model
More waterfalls....
There are a LOT of waterfalls in these NC mountains!
Living dangerously - can you see the boater and the sunbather on the rock on the right?
Two "Ohio" single A diesels on parallel tracks
Another view of the MTH Scale Hudson on the left and K-Line No 5343 to the right.
