Have you replaced the traction tires. Or, does it even have traction tires installed?
Is something out of alignment? Are all the drive wheels making contact with the track? Are the traction tires on the wheels? Railking engines are good pullers.
I would make sure the front and rear trucks, and pickup rollers are properly installed. If they are not fastened to the chassis correctly, they could be lifting the driving wheels (especially the rear ones with tires) off of the track! Posting a video wouldn't hurt either.
Double head and add helpers.

Yes it has traction tires. But I will not let it slip to much.Because that will stretch the tries out of shape.

You are right it has some thing to do with the rear.I think it may need to get a new draw bar between the locomotive and tender. But I am gonna have to take it to a repairman.
