Love the high speed running!
John,
The Outer Loop with 611 is 0-82 probably 80MPH
The Inner Loop with the plow is 0-72 is 40MPH
The High Line is with the Atlantic coal train is 25MPH
I think the different speeds and directions makes it more fun to watch.
Looking good!
Peter
Not many people understand the enjoyment we get from our trains. Always total relaxation and something to look forward to. Thanks for the video.
Nice way to spend a snowy Wednesday. Is that the passenger set you bought at the Weaver factory tour many years ago?
Here's mine.

Nick,
No, it’s the Lionel Legacy Pocahontas set I bought in 2015, after I rode on the real 611s innagual run.
I still have the Weaver cars, very happy with them. Both sets are aluminum and came with passengers.
Nice video Patrick, I like “Eat Berthas Muscles” sign, and other local stuff. We should get together sometime.
Took the day to re-vamp the basement. Moved shelves around, made lots more room on the station side of the layout. Now, you can access the station area without holding your breath!
Great videos Sorry bout the weather. You've really been hammered here lately.
Good videos everyone. I stayed home from work, but since I use a laptop computer, it was work from home. I saw this topic a bit ago, and thought I would take a video later to show. I shoveled and ran the snow blower in the driveway, then got a call to pickup my younger daughter while her husband had their car at work so she could get a shower since their water heater failed. Her grandfather-in-law didn't finish installing the new one. (interesting side note, my daughter and her husband are the same age, but his grandparents are all only 3 to 5 years older than me)
Before I got to the trains she was done with the shower, and now my wife is playing piano while daughter (a soprano in the Mendelssohn Choir of Pittsburgh) is singing. Well I never try to compete by rinning trains. They both sound so good even to this guy with a tin ear. So no video as her husband will be coming by soon to get a shower and take her home. That is only the half of a convoluted day!
Gentlemen,
Snow here about 10" worth, definitely a good day to run Trains. Somebody wiped out our Mail Box this morning, had to completely rebuild it today. Ran the Trains before I even knew about the Mail Box being wiped out. The mail man picked it up off of Logan Ferry Rd and delivered it and the mail, all the way up the snow covered drive way & side walk, to the front door. We do have great mail men in our rural neighborhood.
FEDEX to make delivery tomorrow, looks like my Legacy is back from Lionel Tomorrow! Will also be picking up the 2nd 990 Legacy unit on the 30th. This is going to be great, by the end of the month.
No video here either.

Dave, sorry about your mail box! But I sure hope you get your FEDEX tomorrow to make up for it!
Mike G,
Me also, and the Mail Box was a big pain to fix. Probably would have been easier to completely replace it with a new one.
Expecting FEDEX this afternoon, they actually called yesterday and advised me that I would need to be home to sign for the package.

One signature, and you are back in business, Dave!
Craig,
Nice video, was just wondering who made the Triple Crown trailers with the NS logo please?
Thank you,
Bill
