I was wondering what kind of solderless banana plugs to use to connect my wires to my fastrack. And where's a good place I can order them from. I appreciate any info on it.

I use Radio Shack, but I sure would like a better quality one.

I looked at some of them, but which one is the better quality? Is a heavy duty one the way to go with?

I like monoprice. Click here.
I just bought a pack of banana plugs with a screw that holds the wire in place from Lowe's or Home Depot. They were located in the section where they sell speaker wire. There were ten in the pack. Five red and the five black. There is a little screw in the side that holds the wire in place. You only need to strip the wire about 1/8inch for it to work. Now for the quick connectors I went to a local electrical supply and ordered them.
I bought several pairs from monoprice.com ($1.88 a pair; product #2801) for my home theater and DCS/Fastrack layout. Very happy with them.
Hope this helps.
