Haven't been to York for 4/5 years and had let my TCA membership lapse. Just found out that I can attend this year and will need to rejoin I guess and am asking what is the current procedure to sign up and get in the show Thursday morning please?

All you need to do is just go to the silver hall and get on the line for membership and I guess you pay that plus the York admission. You could always call the TCA museum in Strasburg but I believe there will be others who can further clarify but I am quite certain you can join and attend this York.
You can rejoin at York. The York Meet is now open to the public on Friday and Saturday.
Only the dealer halls are open to the public, to enter the member halls you need to be a TCA member.
Two member signatures are no longer needed to join the TCA.

If you want your old number I think you have to pay the back dues. If you take a new TCA number then you just pay the $50+meet entrance fee.

I don't believe that a lapsed member need pay all back dues to get his/her old number again. Changed several years ago.
I just rejoined a few weeks ago and got my old number without even asking for it. NO extra charge. The office was very nice to deal with.
