And yet another source....Gargraves...a forum sponsor:

Item 93108, GYROS Reinforced Cutoff disks in 2" diameter, $6.95, pkg of 2

And...

Item 83985,  GYROS 1/8" mandrel for use with disks in Dremel Tool, $5.15.

....Both of which I use to cut my Ross/Gargraves track cleanly.   BTW, I'm using these in the variable speed Dremel with the 225-01 36" Flex Shaft.  That's because the hand piece on the end of the flex shaft is smaller in diameter than the Dremel motor tool itself.  Thus, the 2" cutoff disk can be held more vertically to the work (track) giving a better, square cut.....IMHO, of course.

After several years, I'm still using the first of the two cutoff disks.  Apparently, the tubular rails of Ross/Gargraves are like 'butter' for these sturdy disks.

NONTHELESS!!!!...I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH THE IMPORTANCE OF SAFETY GOGGLES WHEN USING THE CUTOFF TOOLS IN THE HI-SPEED MOTOR! I trust you already have these??  If not, they are certainly no less important than the disks/mandrel/motor themselves.

FWIW, always...

Of course, the old standbys - Home Depot and Lowes both carry the reinforced Dremel cutoff disks (and non-reinforced as well).  Occassionally, I see Brand X, but very few and far between.

It would appear to boil down to cost and distance (gas) your place to the above or to Harbor Freight (or postage to a mail order house) and any perceived quality difference vs Dremel brand and Brand X.

Thanks guys, I also found some on Amazon. In the future I will order mine from Gargraves, I went to their site but did not look around long enough.

A friend had one of the larger wheels at our last module build session and it worked great. Below my comments is a picture showing 8 of 26 modules.  As you can see we have quite a bit of track to cut.

Safety, I have prescription safety glasses (my wife insisted) as well as face shield.

I started wearing a mask as well after warnings from my family MD and another friend who is an oncologist. 'you should always wear a mask when cutting/grinding/sanding metal or wood'
