Hi everyone,
I recently bought three sets of the 6-14078 Lionel replacement trucks to use them as replacements for a few of my older cars that were originally equipped with plastic trucks and wheels. These new Lionel trucks did not have any mounting hardware. I think it's just a screw that screws into the middle of the truck from the top side. Is that correct?
Can someone give me a screw size, length, and thread pitch so I can just run down to my local hardware store and pick them up? I looked through the various posts in the "Search" feature but was unable to find anything. Please forgive such a novice question, but I'm new to the train hobby and really don't have any Lionel cars I can get one from to see if it works with these new trucks.
