A friend of mine has an original Lionel standard gauge number 8 electric locomotive that belonged to his father. The flanges on all 4 wheels have deteriorated. The engine has a lot of sentimental value and he would like to get a set of new wheels installed.
Can anyone recommend a reputable person or shop to do this work for him?
