What goes on with 928/966B? Parts units? Still sitting in Cheyenne? Does UP have any other E units at this point?

Yes, all three are operational and will be used on the Denver Post Cheyenne Frontier Days Special, next month.

Not sure but, I believe the "other" E unit in Cheyenne is just a hulk.

No, the UP has no other operable E units.
