I'm thinking of magnetraction for my STD ga engines .

Stainless rod for axles is no big deal. And there are some strong magnets out there now.

Of coarse. I don't think you want a magnetron .

What would be neat would be . is to make an electromagnet that would sense a load ..wheel slip. Going up a grade.
