My wife asked me what would make a good stocking stuffer for an O-Gauge model train enthusiast. What immediately came to my mind was Jeb's Mega Smoke fluid, more vehicles to add to the layout, and Artista figures (you can always use more), and how about an OGR Magazine subsricption if you don't already have one.
Can you add to the list to help out some last minute Santas.

My wife knew I had almost everything I needed or wanted related to model railroading.She was looking to find that one perfect gift that I would be most unlikely to buy for myself, she realized I needed fuel for my steam loco's so she filled my sock with a few lumps of coal from the tender of a narrow gauge steam engine, does she love me and my hobby or what!!!!!!!

In the past I have found these items in my stocking:
Small handtools - pliers - tweezers - cutters - 3rd hand with magnifying glass - paint - decals
Could always use:
Smoke pellets & liquid
small spools of wire
small jars of paint - if you airbrush or hand paint items
decals
batteries
How about a Gift Certificate to the LHS ?
Yes, it's not a hand picked item, but it shows she knows you want train stuff even if she can't pick one out.

take it from someone who is constantly misplacing reading glasses and magnifiers... you can never have too many pairs of reading glasses or magnifiers.
Small screw driver set, tube of lithium grease, labels oil, scotchbrite pads, small can of denatured alcohol, paint brushes to clean of dust or aerosol air can to blow dust off, plastic syringe to put grease in. Merry Christmas!

1) old-school smoke pellet jars (filled, of course)
2) more trees (we could all use 'em)
3) ez water
4) paint (Polly or scale coat)
5) wire reels

A small Miller Engineering lighted sign, Bottle of Mega-Steam smoke fluid, die-cast vehicle, mini video camera (very small and inexpensive now), Smoke fluid sqeeze bottle with needle applicator, lubricants, Hallmark Ornament, package of scenic express people/animals.......just to mention a few. Nice thread Brian.
