Wanting to custom paint a MTH F40 shell. Need to strip down and remove the factory paint to avoid the lines from original paint showing under the new paint.
1) What would be the best way to remove the glued in lights, drivers, windshield and circuit panel? May need to remove some gluing. The larger ones pop out rather easy, but not sure about the other items. Then, what glue would you use to reinstall?
2) What would be the best way to remove the spring loaded doors and of course, be able to reinstall?
3) Many suggestions for removing original paint out there. What would be your suggested process?
