Hi,

Can anyone recommend a strong epoxy capable of bonding medal side fairings off the trucks of a MTH subway.

As you can see, siding broke clean off the truck. Crazy glue holds but doesn't bond well as it easily can break off.

Appreciate any input. See pictures.

Thanks in advance.

Nate:

RE-READ the message and closely STUDY the photos that Bill (Subway Depot)  provided.  The "wing" extension that the sideframe attaches to with 2 SCREWS  - has broken off the truck main block.  He doesn't need any sideframe.  He really needs a spare truck itself.,,,or to re-attach the broken "wing' more securely (ie: JB Weld, etc)

Hello PRR

WRONG !!!

That's the route to New Brunswick,  NJ  which is the usual location of past NYCMTA shows.  Re-read my reply to Nate above -- and as I indicated there -- This October show is in PARSIPPANY, N.J.  way up further north and due quite a way west of the GW Bridge.    I have already found various ways to get there --- but it's about 100  miles each way for me to and from my Philly home --- (New Brunswick is 55 miles each way).
