Fred,
I am starting to believe you use a microscope to build your props. Fantastic !
Jerrman, the coffee machine, with the 2 carafes is made from styrene. The knobs are nbw castings ( a large one with a smaller one in the center). The carafes are from some clear sprues. I manged to find some shapes that were close to the correct shape and with a little filing, some styrene bits, I had the coffee pots.
The big tall thing to the right is actually for some good old Southern sweet tea. It was made from a diecast HO airtank for a passenger car, I believe.
The cakes were simple, just a little Sculpey. Shaped and baked and painted. The white cake is supposed to be coconut, so I added a little baking soda to the frosting.
Thanks for asking.
Lots of very nice work posted Thanks for sharing.
Alan won't be long before we can smell the mash tanks mmmmmmmm
So much great work by ALL!
More great Pics from everyone. You guys with the interiors, people ask me where I have to time to build what I build and I don't have interiors. Good Stuff! The deer in the window is great.
Rich, where are the fruit and veggies in the market from?
Anzani,
I ship them via UPS. The large models usually cost over $ 100.00 to ship. I double box them and use styrofoam peanuts to pack them. This model will actually be hand delivered to the New Jersey High Railers.
