Pretty elaborate.
I just built this for a customer. It's a large industrial gas holder for coke oven gases. The building is a 3 sided building front with a Lionel billboard being lit up by LEDs.

That building flat is exceptional, especially how you handled the windows.
Thank you very much guys! Here's another project I completed a couple days ago, but not for my layout. They're scratch built rock faced mountains with scenery already on them. They come as a set and measure 54" long combined. You can place on your wall and voila! You have yourself an Instant backdrop!! I call them my Appalachian mountains
