I didn't see one started yet, so I thought I'd kick it off this week.

Now that Cameron Station is pretty much finished, I moved on to the next background building.  It's 2 Ameritowne flats glued together and then covered with brick paper.  I used stick-on letters from Michael's as masking to make the "Heather K" sign.  The business is named after my wife who's favorite thing in the world is new shoes.  It's still not finished as I need to add a few more exterior details and maybe 1 or 2 lights shining down on the sign.

It will go between the station and the Korber apartment building.  Eventually, I will get some printed sky and buildings behind it.

This guy's been waiting for the train awhile and is pretty thirsty.  For some unknown reason, he thinks he'd like an iced tea.

What has everyone else been working on?

Played around with some "stacker" software that allows you to "stack" several photos taken with different focus points to create one photo with everything in focus.  This one isn't perfect but is pretty decent.  Click on the photo to see a larger version or right click and "open in new window" to see it full screen.

Zeke,

Thanks for starting this off. The station looks great along with the added fronts.

Bob,

Very nice scene.

Steve,

The details of the concrete bags are fantastic.

Russ,

There is no such thing as cheating when building models. The platform looks great.

Here are two pictures of the brewery. The water tank beer bottle does not look perfect, but it will work once I put it on an elevated stand.

Very Nice guys. Getting some great ideas from all of your projects.  Alan the brewery is way to cool!

Here is two of my York purchases. I picked up the walls of each house for a $1.00 each. Simply add some other details and you have a house.  This homeowner has a leaking roof.

Great showcase, Gentlemen!!

As I said last Sunday, I'm taking this and trying to make it look less like that.

I started by removing the sign and turning the roof 180 degrees, which is it's correct position.  I still need to do more with it.

Next, I gutted it. The modest beginnings of the new interior.
