Good Morning Everyone,
I will start out with a model I have constructed in the past. Lets see what you have been working on.

Even your weathering skills are superb.
Steve,
That is awesome I mean Allman. I can hear them now.
Attempted my first relettering project after grabbing a nice Lionel Boom car for $20. The fantasy scheme wasn’t my thing, but it’s amazing what a magic eraser and some iso alcohol can do! I had lots of inspiration from older threads like SIRT’s posts about weathering Lionel wooden decks. The forum is such a great resource.
Next time I’ll opt for glossier paint to better blend the decals. I had to rely upon some light (amateurish!) weathering to help blend them in. Overall I’m pretty pleased with my first attempt. Just need to find the right figure to add!

Sirt, great scene...love the city backdrop! Seems there's plenty of labor to get that box unloaded. Nice job on the interior of the box too..
Alex, Nice job. That 20 dollar car looks like a hundred dollar car now.
Alan and Steve , always amazing and so realistic. Alex really nice work on the boom car. Nice decking and added details.
Tom
