I don't have info on this model but my Key H8,9,10 2-8-0's could get down to 42" on a mine spur  by slightly lengthening the lead truck tounge to clear the cylinders.  The Key H class consolidations had all drivers flanged as per prototype.  For an 8 driver locomotive to negotiate 36" curves the center drivers would probably

have to be blind.    Turning and mounting new blind tires for a brass locomotive is something Joe Foehrkolb can do expertly.    If at a later time you had broader curves and wanted to follow a specific prototype flanged tires could be reinstalled.
