I recently acquired this Camelback and the box says TMCC/RailSounds. My question is does it work on DC or AC power input? I don't plan to run it, as I'm set up for 3 Rail operation, and only want to use it for display. But, I am curious about TMCC and 2 Rail operation. I know that MTH 2 Rail engines with PS 3 can work with either power supply.

That model is old enough that it is strictly 3-Rail AC power (with the center rail pick-up rollers, and large 'pizza cutter' wheel flanges) and thus would NOT function on 2-Rail DC power.
It is definitely a 2 rail model with scale wheels and no center pick-ups. It maybe a mistake on the box, but I thought I'd ask before taking it apart to see. Sunset made 250 3 rail and 100 2 rail
