Sunset/3rd E-7 Power Pick-ups

I have 3 Sunset/3rd rail E-7's, an SP Daylight A-B set that I have no problem with,

but I also have a single GN A units, that often stalls on frogs, I discovered today

that all wheels do not pick-up power, has anyone added wheel wipers on this

model?
